Mgr. Kateřina Tylečková

Káťa sees physiotherapy as a way to rediscover trust in one’s body — without pain, with ease, and with joy in movement. She enjoys finding balance between strength and relaxation, and showing that physiotherapy doesn’t have to be only about correction, but also about discovering what the body is truly capable of.

Her therapies are built on an individual approach, patience, and open communication. Every body has its own story, which is why she seeks solutions that make sense for each specific person. She believes that active cooperation, education, and understanding of connections are the foundation of real change.

She focuses on working with adult hobby athletes, recovery after injury, neurological issues, and gynecological physiotherapy, within which she also works with pregnant women, including prenatal massage.
You can meet her both in the clinic during individual sessions and in the gym during group classes.
