Initial consultation for adults and children 12+
40 minutes, 1600 Kč
We provide high-quality, comprehensive care starting with a detailed assessment.
Your first visit includes a consultation with a physician, who will take your medical history, perform a physical and functional exam, and — if relevant — review your imaging results and their clinical relevance. Based on this, you’ll receive a personalized treatment plan with one of our physiotherapists.
You’ll leave your first visit not only with a clear treatment plan, but also with a practical introduction to key exercises and personalized guidance on what to do at home.
Initial consultation for children 5-12
40 minutes, 1600 Kč
With care and respect for each child’s individual needs, we assess posture, coordination, the musculoskeletal system, and other key aspects of development.
Our focus is on prevention, early identification of potential issues, and recommending suitable physical activities. We also guide parents in recognizing what truly requires attention — and what falls within the natural range of healthy development.
We frequently encounter common misconceptions, which we address thoughtfully and without unnecessary alarm.
Individual check-up
30 minutes, 900 Kč
Regular follow-up consultations are an essential part of your care. They help us track progress, assess what’s working, and adjust the treatment plan as needed — together, step by step.

Individual physiotherapy for adults
50 minutes, 1300 Kč
Each of our physiotherapists has a specific area of expertise. Based on the medical assessment, they will perform a more detailed examination and choose the right combination of manual techniques and active therapy, tailored to your condition and goals.
They’ll also help you adjust your movement patterns to support lasting improvement and prevent the issue from returning.
Individual physiotherapy for children 5-10
25 minutes, 700 Kč
When working with older children, our physiotherapists use similar methods as with adults — always adjusted to the child’s age, stage of development, and personality.
Therapy often takes the form of play, making it feel natural and engaging while still effective. We also provide recommendations for suitable leisure activities that support the goals of therapy and help bring lasting benefits into everyday life.

Visceral therapy
40 minutes, 1200 Kč
Visceral therapy is a gentle yet effective hands-on technique aimed at releasing tension in the soft tissues surrounding the internal organs. It is based on principles of anatomy, physiology, and the neurological connections between the organs and the musculoskeletal system (known as vertebro-visceral relationships).
The goal of the therapy is to restore the natural mobility of the organs — both in relation to each other and to the surrounding structures. When this mobility is reduced — due to stress, surgery, scar tissue, or chronic overload — the resulting tension can lead to pain (such as in the back or abdomen), impaired organ function, or ongoing discomfort.
The treatment improves blood flow and fluid movement in the affected area, stimulates the autonomic nervous system, and enhances proprioception — the brain’s ability to sense the condition and position of body structures, supporting their regulation and balance.
Visceral therapy may be helpful for individuals who experience:
- functional digestive issues (reflux, constipation, diarrhea, bloating)
- recovery after abdominal or gynecological surgery or injury
- chronic abdominal or pelvic pain (after ruling out organic causes)
- back pain that hasn’t responded to standard physiotherapy
- long-term stress and increased autonomic nervous system tension
- scar tissue that may still be causing discomfort, even long after healing
This gentle, non-invasive approach can be a valuable addition to conventional physiotherapy — or a path to relief when other methods have fallen short.
Sport physiotherapy
50 minutes, 1300 Kč
Physiotherapy for athletes is a highly specialized field that goes beyond treating injuries. It focuses on prevention, movement efficiency, and proper recovery strategies outside of training.
A physiotherapist provides expert guidance and creates an individualized plan to support the athlete’s specific needs — not only to resolve existing issues, but also to prevent injuries and enhance performance.
Each sport places unique demands on the body, which is why therapy must be tailored to both the athlete and their discipline. A key focus is coordination — the ability to perceive and control movement with precision. From there, we build stability and strength, which help athletes perform at their best — and stay there.
Physiotherapy for dancers
50 minutes, 1300 Kč
As in other high-performance sports, dance often challenges the body far beyond its natural limits. But dance is different — it blends precision with artistry, repetition with emotion, and demands a level of control few outside the studio truly understand.
That’s why working with a physiotherapist who also speaks the language of dance can be invaluable. Someone who knows what it means to move — and to hurt — in the pursuit of beauty. Whether it’s about preventing injuries, managing pain, or helping dancers reach their full potential, this kind of care meets the body where the rhythm begins.
