Initial Consultation of Psychomotor Development
50 minutes, 1600 Kč
A baby’s psychomotor development is the cornerstone of their healthy future. Early detection of any deviations can significantly help prevent difficulties later in life.
Who is this for?
This consultation is intended for parents of babies from birth who want to be sure that their child is developing properly – or who feel that something might not be quite right.
How does the visit work?
During the consultation, a physiotherapist will assess the baby’s motor development, answer your questions, and, if necessary, recommend the next steps.
Your peace of mind and confidence are just as important to us as the health of your baby.

Follow-up Medical Treatment
40 minutes, 1600 Kč
It follows the initial medical examination and is intended for targeted ongoing treatment based on the physician’s indication and in agreement with the patient. It includes either continued therapy for temporomandibular dysfunction or visceral therapy, which works with the internal organs and their functional connection to the musculoskeletal system.
Individual Check-up with Doctor
30 minutes, 900 Kč / 40 minutes, 1600 Kč
Regular follow-up consultations are an essential part of your care. They help us track progress, assess what’s working, and adjust the treatment plan as needed — together, step by step.

Visceral Therapy with a Physiotherapist
50 minutes, 1300 Kč
Visceral therapy is a gentle yet effective hands-on technique aimed at releasing tension in the soft tissues surrounding the internal organs. It is based on principles of anatomy, physiology, and the neurological connections between the organs and the musculoskeletal system (known as vertebro-visceral relationships).
The goal of the therapy is to restore the natural mobility of the organs — both in relation to each other and to the surrounding structures. When this mobility is reduced — due to stress, surgery, scar tissue, or chronic overload — the resulting tension can lead to pain (such as in the back or abdomen), impaired organ function, or ongoing discomfort.
The treatment improves blood flow and fluid movement in the affected area, stimulates the autonomic nervous system, and enhances proprioception — the brain’s ability to sense the condition and position of body structures, supporting their regulation and balance.
Visceral therapy may be helpful for individuals who experience:
- functional digestive issues (reflux, constipation, diarrhea, bloating)
- recovery after abdominal or gynecological surgery or injury
- chronic abdominal or pelvic pain (after ruling out organic causes)
- back pain that hasn’t responded to standard physiotherapy
- long-term stress and increased autonomic nervous system tension
- scar tissue that may still be causing discomfort, even long after healing
This gentle, non-invasive approach can be a valuable addition to conventional physiotherapy — or a path to relief when other methods have fallen short.
Sport Physiotherapy
50 minutes, 1300 Kč
Physiotherapy for athletes is a highly specialized field that goes beyond treating injuries. It focuses on prevention, movement efficiency, and proper recovery strategies outside of training.
A physiotherapist provides expert guidance and creates an individualized plan to support the athlete’s specific needs — not only to resolve existing issues, but also to prevent injuries and enhance performance.
Each sport places unique demands on the body, which is why therapy must be tailored to both the athlete and their discipline. A key focus is coordination — the ability to perceive and control movement with precision. From there, we build stability and strength, which help athletes perform at their best — and stay there.
Physiotherapy for Dancers
50 minutes, 1300 Kč
As in other high-performance sports, dance often challenges the body far beyond its natural limits. But dance is different — it blends precision with artistry, repetition with emotion, and demands a level of control few outside the studio truly understand.
That’s why working with a physiotherapist who also speaks the language of dance can be invaluable. Someone who knows what it means to move — and to hurt — in the pursuit of beauty. Whether it’s about preventing injuries, managing pain, or helping dancers reach their full potential, this kind of care meets the body where the rhythm begins.
Individual Check-Up with a Physiotherapist
50 minutes, 1300 Kč
Ongoing technique assessment is an essential part of effective training and injury prevention. The physiotherapist evaluates the execution of your exercises, posture, and muscle activation, and recommends any necessary adjustments. This ensures correct technique, supports your performance, and reduces the risk of overload or injury.

Our group physio courses are designed for anyone who wants to work on their body safely, effectively, and under professional guidance.
How Our Group Courses Work
- Each course runs as a two-month program. Participants typically register for the entire course, but if there is available space, it is also possible to attend individual sessions.
- We train in small groups (4–6 people), which allows us to give high-quality individual attention to each participant.
- The sessions are led by a physiotherapist who ensures correct exercise execution, safety, and gradual development of strength and mobility.
- The courses are suitable for both beginners and advanced participants — we work mindfully, respecting the body and its current capabilities.

Pregnancy Massage – Physiotherapy for Pregnant Women
50 minutes, 1300 Kč
Pregnancy massages have a positive impact on both the mental and physical well-being of expectant mothers. This type of massage helps pregnant women cope with the changes occurring in their bodies during pregnancy and alleviates tension and fatigue.
We recommend pregnancy massages from the second trimester onwards. Pregnancy massage is an excellent preparation for childbirth, providing relaxation, especially when combined with aromatherapy.
During pregnancy, the massage uses a very gentle, basic technique (do not expect deep pressure; the massage is light and superficial). Certain areas of the body are avoided, and the massage is performed in safe and comfortable positions, such as lying on the side, with respect to the growing belly. Massage is also important in the postpartum period, as women expend a tremendous amount of energy during childbirth, which they need to restore while also coping with stress accumulated during pregnancy and delivery.
Effects of pregnancy massage:
- relieves back pain
- supports blood circulation in muscles and skin
- improves metabolism
From 38+0 weeks of pregnancy, it is possible to perform a so-called induction massage, during which specific acupressure points are intentionally stimulated. It can be used as a natural method to help induce labour.
Summary – when the massage is appropriate:
- from the 2nd trimester – very gentle massage
- from 38 weeks – induction massage with deeper pressure and stimulation of acupressure points
- postpartum massage – gentle
Recommended frequency: once a week or as needed.
